रायपुर। अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा से संबद्ध छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा ने आज मोदी सरकार द्वारा पेश अंतरिम बजट की दिशा को कॉर्पोरेटपरस्त करार देते हुए किसान विरोधी बताया है। किसान सभा ने कहा है कि किसानों की आय बढ़ाने, समर्थन मूल्य में वृद्धि करने और रोजगार सृजन की जुमलेबाजी के बाद भी हकीकत यही है कि सभी फसलों के लिए सी-2 लागत का डेढ़ गुना समर्थन मूल्य देने और किसानों पर चढ़े कर्जे से उन्हें मुक्त करने के मामले में चुप्पी साध ली गई है, जबकि कॉर्पोरेट करों में कमी के साथ ही वर्ष 2014 से अब तक उनके 15 लाख करोड़ रुपयों के कर्जे माफ किए गए हैं। सी-2 आधारित समर्थन मूल्य न मिलने के कारण छत्तीसगढ़ के किसानों को एक सीजन में ही हर साल 28350 रूपये प्रति एकड़ का नुकसान हो रहा है। मनरेगा में जिन नए नियमों को लागू किया गया है, उसके कारण छत्तीसगढ़ में रोजगार गारंटी कार्ड होने के बावजूद लगभग 17 लाख परिवार रोजगार पाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। किसान सभा ने कहा है कि मोदी सरकार की इन किसान विरोधी नीतियों के खिलाफ प्रदेश में “लोकसभा चुनाव में भाजपा को वोट नहीं” अभियान चलाया जाएगा।
आज यहां जारी एक बयान में छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा के संयोजक संजय पराते, सह-संयोजक ऋषि गुप्ता और वकील भारती ने कहा है कि 25 करोड़ लोगों को गरीबी से निकालने का मोदी सरकार का दावा हवा-हवाई ही है, क्योंकि ऑक्सफैम की नई रिपोर्ट बता रही है कि भारत में स्वास्थ्य पर बढ़े खर्चों के कारण प्रति सेकंड दो लोग और हर साल 7 करोड़ लोग गरीबी की दलदल में फंस रहे हैं। देश में पहले से ही 80 करोड़ लोग मुफ्त के अनाज पर जिंदा हैं। इसलिए साफ है कि देश की अर्थव्यवस्था के कथित विकास के फायदे केवल कुछ लोगों की तिजोरियों में कैद हो रहे हैं और देश में मोदी राज के दस सालों में भयंकर आर्थिक असमानता बढ़ी है।
किसान सभा नेताओं ने कहा है कि अंतरिम बजट प्रस्तावों से न तो रोजगार का सृजन होने वाला है और न ही आम जनता की क्रय-शक्ति में कोई वृद्धि होने वाली है। इससे वैश्विक मंदी की पृष्ठभूमि में हमारे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था और गर्त में जाएगी। किसान सभा इस जन विरोधी, किसान विरोधी और कॉर्पोरेटपरस्त बजट के खिलाफ प्रदेश में “लोकसभा चुनाव में भाजपा को वोट नहीं” अभियान चलाएगी।

Raipur. Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha, affiliated to All India Kisan Sabha, has today termed the direction of the interim budget presented by the Modi government as pro-corporate and anti-farmer. Kisan Sabha has said that despite the ‘jumlebaji’ of increasing the income of farmers, increasing the support price and creating employment, the reality is that on the matter of support price for all crops should be one and a half times the C-2 cost and farmers should be freed from the debt, the budget is silent, whereas with the reduction in corporate taxes, their loans worth Rs 15 lakh crore have been waived off since 2014. Due to non-availability of C-2 based support price, farmers of Chhattisgarh are incurring a loss of Rs 28,350 per acre every year in one season. Due to the new rules that have been implemented in MNREGA, despite having employment guarantee card in Chhattisgarh, about 17 lakh families will not be eligible to get employment. Kisan Sabha has said that a “No Vote for BJP in Lok Sabha elections” campaign will be launched in the state against these anti-farmer policies of the Modi government.
In a statement issued here today, Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha convenor Sanjay Parate, co-convenor Rishi Gupta and Vakil Bharti have said that the Modi government’s claim of lifting 25 crore people out of poverty is baseless, as Oxfam’s new report shows. It has been said that due to increased expenditure on health in India, two people every second and 7 crore people every year are getting trapped in the quagmire of poverty. Already 80 crore people in the country are surviving on free food grains. Therefore, it is clear that the benefits of the so-called development of the country’s economy are being captured in the coffers of only a few people and economic inequality has increased drastically in the ten years of Modi rule in the country.
Kisan Sabha leaders have said that the interim budget proposals are neither going to create employment nor will there be any increase in the purchasing power of the masses. Due to this, our country’s economy will sink further in the background of global recession. Kisan Sabha will run a “No Vote for BJP in Lok Sabha elections” campaign in the state against this anti-people, anti-farmer and pro-corporate budget.
