रायपुर(दि.1ऑक्टोबर):- संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के आह्वान पर नया रायपुर के विस्थापन प्रभावित किसानों को न्याय देने तथा पिछले भाजपा राज के बकाया बोनस को तत्काल अदा करने की मांग पर सैकड़ों किसान कल 2 अक्टूबर को नया रायपुर से पदयात्रा करेंगे तथा रायपुर में आजाद चौक स्थित गांधी प्रतिमा पर माल्यार्पण करेंगे।
आज यहां जारी एक बयान में संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा की समन्वय समिति ने कहा है कि नया रायपुर के भू-विस्थापित किसानों से किये गए वादे से भाजपा के बाद अब कांग्रेस सरकार भी मुकर रही है, जबकि किसानों की भूमि और आजीविका छीन जाने के बाद वे और बदहाल हो गए हैं। किसान मोर्चा ने कहा है कि पिछले पांच सालों से नया रायपुर प्रभावित किसान अपने लिए आवास भूमि और रोजगार के मुद्दे पर न्याय पाने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं, लेकिन उन पर दमन ही किया गया है। सरकार की नाक के नीचे नया रायपुर प्रभावित किसानों की यह हालत है, तो बाकी प्रदेश में किसानों की हालत को आसानी से समझा जा सकता है।
किसान मोर्चा ने कहा है कि यह कांग्रेस का ही वादा था कि भाजपा राज द्वारा रोके गए बोनस का वह भुगतान करेगी। यह बोनस किसानों का जायज अधिकार भी है, लेकिन सत्ता में आने के बाद कांग्रेस इससे मुकर गई है और किसानों का 4000 करोड़ रुपयों से अधिक का भुगतान आज तक लंबित है। संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने विधानसभा चुनाव की घोषणा से पूर्व इस राशि को अदा करने की मांग की है।
पूरे देश में संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा द्वारा किसान पदयात्राओं का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसी कड़ी में छत्तीसगढ़ में भी किसान पदयात्रा करेंगे और गांधी प्रतिमा पर माल्यार्पण करके अपने संघर्ष और न्याय की लड़ाई को आगे बढ़ाने का संकल्प लेंगे।

Raipur. On the call of Sanyukta Kisan Morcha, hundreds of farmers will march from Naya Raipur tomorrow on October 2, demanding justice to the displaced farmers of Naya Raipur and immediate payment of the outstanding bonus of the previous BJP rule, and garland the Gandhi statue located at Azad Chowk in Raipur.
In a statement issued here today, the coordination committee of the Sanyukta Kisan Morcha has said that after the BJP, the Congress government is also going back on the promises made to the land-displaced farmers of Naya Raipur, whereas after snatching away the land and livelihood of the farmers, their conditions have become worse. Kisan Morcha has said that for the last five years, Naya Raipur affected farmers have been struggling to get justice for themselves on the issues of housing, land and employment, but they have been repressed. If this is the condition of Naya Raipur affected farmers right under the nose of the government, then the condition of farmers in the rest of the state can be easily understood.
Kisan Morcha has said that it was the Congress’s promise that it would pay the bonus withheld by the BJP Govt. This bonus is also a legitimate right of the farmers, but after coming to power, Congress has retracted from it and payment of more than Rs 4000 crore to the farmers is pending till date. United Kisan Morcha has demanded to pay this amount before the announcement of assembly elections.
Kisan Padyatras are being organized by the SKM across the country. In this series, farmers will also undertake a padyatra in Chhattisgarh and will pledge to carry forward their struggle and fight for justice by garlanding the Gandhi statue.
