The theme of Swachhta Ha Seva 2023 is Waste Free India. It focuses on visible cleanliness and welfare of cleaners. Like every year, it is necessary to carry out cleaning activities this year, and it is necessary to donate labor voluntarily. Focusing on this cleanliness campaign, a joint campaign will be implemented in urban and rural areas at public places such as bus stands , tourist spots , heritage sites , river banks , ghats , drains etc. in rural areas.
Bharatiya Swachhta League 2.0 To promote youth action for cleanliness, the central government has directed to organize all the groups under the leadership of the youth and organize cleanliness drive and other activities on September 17, 2023 across the state to clean the environmental specialty hills from the point of view of cleanliness.
