रायपुर(दि.1ऑगस्ट):- संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य संयोजक मंडल ने राज्य के एक बड़े हिस्से में पर्याप्त बारिश के अभाव में पसरते सूखे पर गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त की है तथा राज्य की कांग्रेस सरकार से किसानों को राहत देने के लिए प्रभावी कदम उठाने की मांग की है। किसान मोर्चा का आंकलन है कि नियमित बारिश के अभाव में अब किसानों को हो चुकी अपूरणीय क्षति की भरपाई केवल सरकारी राहत से ही संभव है।
संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने जैविक खाद के नाम पर किसानों को जबरन अमानक खाद थमाने का भी विरोध किया है तथा कहा है कि जैविक खाद को लेना या न लेना किसानों की स्वेच्छा पर छोड़ा जाना चाहिए। मोर्चा ने सवाल किया है कि जब हजारों करोड़ खर्च करके गोठान बनाने का ढिंढोरा पीटा जा रहा है, तब सड़कों पर आवारा पशु घूमते हुए नजर क्यों आ रहे हैं? मोर्चा ने महासमुंद में किसान आत्महत्या पर भी सरकार को आड़े हाथों लिया है और कहा है कि इससे किसान योजनाओं की हकीकत खुलकर सामने आ गई है। वास्तव में प्रदेश का किसान महाजनी कर्ज़ में डूबा हुआ है और उसे इस कर्ज़ से मुक्त करने के लिए सरकार के पास कोई नीति नहीं है।
संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के नेताओं की आज यहां हुई बैठक में राज्य में किसानों की ज्वलंत समस्याओं पर आंदोलन – अभियान चलाने का निर्णय लिया गया। इस सिलसिले में 9 अगस्त को वन संरक्षण कानून में किये गए कॉर्पोरेटपरस्त बदलाव तथा वनाधिकार कानून को कमजोर किये जाने के खिलाफ प्रदेश के जनवादी और आदिवासी संगठनों के साथ मिलकर “कॉर्पोरेट भगाओ – देश बचाओ” दिवस मनाया जाएगा तथा आदिवासी अस्मिता को केंद्र में रखकर आदिवासियों पर राज्य प्रायोजित हमलों का विरोध किया जाएगा। संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने मणिपुर में कुकी आदिवासियों पर हो रहे बर्बर हमलों की भी तीखी निंदा की है।
संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने केंद्र की मोदी सरकार पर किसानों से किये गए वादों के साथ विश्वासघात करने और संवैधानिक मूल्यों का हनन करने का आरोप लगाया है। इसके खिलाफ 14 अगस्त को प्रदेश के सभी किसान संघर्ष केंद्रों पर संविधान की रक्षा के लिए रतजगा करने के कार्यक्रम की घोषणा की है। सुबह 15 अगस्त को झंडोत्तोलन के साथ इसकी शपथ भी ली जाएगी।
संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा का राज्य स्तरीय सम्मेलन 3 सितम्बर को आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है, जिसमें मोदी सरकार की किसान विरोधी नीतियों और राज्य के किसानों की समस्याओं को हल करने में भूपेश बघेल सरकार की नाकामी के खिलाफ आगामी आगामी अभियान-आंदोलन पर फैसले लिए जाएंगे। इस सम्मेलन में किसान मोर्चा के अखिल भारतीय नेतागण सुनीलम, दर्शनपाल सिंह, हन्नान मोल्ला, बादल सरोज आदि भी भाग लेंगे।
बैठक की शुरुआत में भारतीय जनमानस के लोकख्यात नायक शहीद उधमसिंह को उनकी शहादत दिवस पर याद किया गया तथा उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की गई।
*Sanyukt Kisan Morcha expressed concern over drought, protested against handing over non-standard fertilizers to farmers in the name of organic fertilizer, conference will be held on September 3 on farmers’ problems*
Raipur. The Chhattisgarh State Coordination committee of Samyukta Kisan Morcha has expressed serious concern over the drought prevailing in a large part of the state due to lack of adequate rains and demanded the Congress government to take effective steps to provide relief to the farmers. The assessment of Kisan Morcha is that in the absence of regular rains, the irreparable damage done to the farmers can now be compensated only by government relief.
Samyukta Kisan Morcha has also opposed forcefully handing over non-standard fertilizers to the farmers in the name of organic fertilizer and has said that it should be left to the farmers to take or not to take organic fertilizers. The Morcha has questioned that when thousands of crores are being spent to build Gothan, then why are stray animals seen roaming on the streets? The Morcha has also slammed the government over farmer suicides in Mahasamund and said that the reality of farmer schemes has come to the fore. In fact, the farmer of the state is immersed in Mahajani debt and the government has no policy to free them from this debt.
In the meeting of the leaders of the United Kisan Morcha held here today, it was decided to launch an agitation and campaign on the burning problems of the farmers in the state. In this connection, against the pro-corporate changes made in the Forest conservation Act and the weakening of the Forest Rights Act, along with the democratic and tribal organizations of the state, “Corporate Bhagao – Desh Bachao” day will be celebrated on August 9, keeping the tribal identity at the center and also state sponsored attacks will be opposed. Sanyukt Kisan Morcha has also strongly condemned the barbaric attacks on the Kuki tribals in Manipur.
The Sanyukt Kisan Morcha has accused the Modi government at the Center of betraying the promises made to the farmers and violating constitutional values. Against this, on August 14, a program has been announced to wake up at all the Kisan Struggle Centres in the state to protect the Constitution. On August 15 morning, along with the flag hoisting, its oath will also be taken.
It has been decided to hold a state level conference of the United Kisan Morcha on September 3, in which decisions will be taken on the upcoming campaign-movement against the anti-farmer policies of the Modi government and the failure of the Bhupesh Baghel government to solve the problems of the farmers of the state. All India leaders of Kisan Morcha Sunilam, Darshanpal Singh, Hannan Mollah, Badal Saroj etc. will also participate in this conference.
At the beginning of the meeting, Shaheed Udham Singh, the popular hero of the Indian public, was remembered on his martyrdom day and tribute was paid to him.
